The personal information that you give us when ordering products from us and the site is kept confidential by Tonerquest. We do not sell, trade, or lease our customer files, mailing or email lists. We do send an occasional newsletter with special offers (never more than four times a month) however we may send deals via email and you always have the option to ask to be removed directly from the email.

Policies, Price, and Availability
Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. We are not responsible for the customer ordering the wrong item.
We attempt to display all products shown on the Site in an accurate manner; however, because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape and color of the products. Special orders, large orders and products that are back ordered may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. Shipments will be made as soon as possible.
The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged. Please note that if the terms and conditions stated on your order form differ from those stated on our invoice, and you do not notify us within 15 days, it will signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in our invoice.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all office supplies orders over $50 that are shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and can be delivered by UPS or other similar common carriers. At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
Delivery
We will deliver the products within the United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. Our standard charges for delivery are available to view on our shipping information page. We will try our hardest to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you and by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.
We attempt to deliver products as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee "next day delivery" on any order. This may be the case due to out of stock items in a warehouse or lost shipment issues and other issues that may occur. If you require delivery by a given date it is imperative that you contact Tonerquest before ordering. We will be happy to check stock and give you an estimate on delivery times. We will then provide you with a tracking number the next day if you request one.
Typographical Errors
While Tonerquest.com has tried very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product information in our online store, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
Tonerquest.com disclaims liability for misprints, incomplete, stale or otherwise inaccurate pricing distributed or provided by other parties or web-sites including but not limited to shopping, search or comparison engines or similar entities on web-sites other than www.Tonerquest.com. If there are additional services required such as lift gate or inside delivery you agree to pay for these services (which will be quoted prior to shipment).

Jurisdiction & Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Tonerquest.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on www.Tonerquest.com shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in New York City.
Important Coupon Rules & Restrictions
- Coupons are not transferable.
- Coupons may only be used once and cannot be used on subsequent orders.
- Void where prohibited. No cash or credit back. Coupon must be submitted at time of order.
- Expired coupons are not valid. Tax and shipping are not included in calculating minimum purchase requirement.
- Coupons are not valid on previous purchases.
- Coupons may not be applicable to all items. Notification of applicability will be provided during check out.
- Only one "Dollars off" coupon per purchase. (see definition below)
- Minimum purchase requirement for "Dollars off" coupon must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies.
- "Product specific" coupons may be combined with other coupons as long as the purchase requirement of each coupon is met independently. (see definition below)
Definitions
"Dollars off" coupons provide a general discount off of your order total. "Product specific" coupons provide a discount off of a specific product.
Tonerquest.com reserves the right to reject orders that use a coupon code that was obtained from a bulletin board or other Internet site. Tonerquest.com also reserves the right to reject orders with a coupon code that was transferred from a direct mail recipient or is in violation of any coupon restriction listed above.
Gift Certificate Rules & Restrictions
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
- If your order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
- Expired gift certificates are not valid.
- Tonerquest.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate codes.
- Tonerquest.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to gift certificates sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
