Technical terms associated with multimedia projectors and special features.
LCD is short for Liquid Crystal Display.  Multimedia projectors with LCD displays allow all the pixels of an image to be displayed.
Lumens or ANSI measure light output. The higher the lumens the greater the range of light capability.
Resolution is the number of individual dots the projector uses to display an image.  The greater the resolution, the more image detail is visible.
Reverse/Invert reverses or flips an image. This allows you to your projector to a ceiling upside down.
SVGA Resolution gives each image 1,310,710 individual pixels for display.  The more pixels, the clearer the image.
XGA Resolution gives each image 783,360 pixels.
Contrast Ratio is the contrast between black and white. The greater the contrast ratio, the more subtle color details are picked up.
DLP Technology is Digital Light Processing. This technology prevents fading around the edges of a projected image.
