At Toner Quest, we love our customers and think you should be rewarded for your loyalty. Our Loyalty Point program pays you every time you shop with points that can be redeemed like cash for ANYTHING we sell.

Here's how it works

  1. If you do not have an account with us, please set up an account here and make sure you are logged in.
  2. Complete a purchase on our site and we'll automatically deposit loyalty points into your account.
  3. You can track your loyalty points simply by logging into your account and clicking on the link in the left side column “Loyalty Points."
  4. Whenever you are in the "Checkout" section of the website you will have the option in the bottom left box to redeem your points for the items in your cart.

How do I earn points?

Every time you place an order, we will automatically post points to your account. The current value is 2 points per every dollar spent on our site.

What's the dollar value of my points?

Every 200 points can be redeemed at anytime for $1 worth of product from Toner Quest. There is no limit to the amount of loyalty points you can earn and there is no limit to the amount of loyalty points that you redeem. For example, if you save up 10,000 loyalty points you may redeem them all at once for $50 worth of product. This is simple to do. When you are in your shopping cart simply click the amount of loyalty points in the box in the bottom left corner that you would like to redeem and click the redeem now button. You will see the $50 credit post to you shopping cart balance.

The above value is for customers who apply payments at checkout. Corporate customers on terms must download this form to view the value and redeem your points. Once you complete the form you can either fax it to 1-866-41-TONER or scan it and email it to us here.

Loyalty Points program terms and conditions:

Please be aware, that by redeeming your points; you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Rewards issued under this program cannot be combined with any other rewards program.
  • Accounts are limited to one account per eligible customer; each email address and mailing address are also limited to one account.
  • Rewards are non transferable and may only be redeemed by the member accumulating the points.
  • Toner Quest is not liable for unclaimed, expired, lost or misdirected statements or other communications.
  • Rewards expire every 6 months and do not roll over.
  • Toner Quest reserves the right to modify, revise or cancel the program, the terms or any other part of this program at any time for all participants without prior notice.
  • For corporate customers completing the form, we will review your eligibility and contact you within 10 business days of submission.
  • Customers who pay by credit or debit card are not eligible for any of the corporate sheet offers.
